Installing an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), back up generator, air conditioning and fire suppression provisions is a great way to protect your data centre’s mission critical systems. However, it is no guarantee of continual uptime as these units can sometimes fail if they are not regular maintained.

Keysource offers support contracts and Preventive Maintenance Visits (PMV) to ensure the reliable operation of these critical systems. Our support contracts guarantee that a fully qualified service engineer will be on site offering support within 4 hours of placing the call 24/7/365 days a year. Keysource also offers a dedicated 24 hour telephone support helpline for all our clients providing access to our highly trained engineers around the clock.

Preventative Maintenance Visits (PMV)

A PMV is a comprehensive audit of a data centre plants functionality, system capacity and operating environment. It is a procedure designed to diagnose existing issues, identify measures for fault prevention and offer advice on future expansion and maintenance.

Regular planned preventative maintenance schedules are crucial for fine tuning and keeping systems running at maximum efficiency. Keysource identifies problems before they occur and provides long term on-site maintenance of UPS', air conditioners, fire suppression, generators and UPS batteries.

A PMV will be completed by one of our highly experienced, fully certified Service Engineers who are all product specialists and industry experts within their field. With an average of fifteen years individual experience they offer the highest levels of service and knowledge available in the market.

What is a Critical Contract?

This is the recommended contract for clients who demand the very highest levels of support and service where a 4-hour (or less) response to an emergency situation is required. It also includes access to our 24X7 service support team and an annual Preventative Maintenance schedule that keeps equipment fully operational and minimises the need for emergency call outs.
