Following a great opening day at DataCenterDynamic Zettastructure in London yesterday, DCD officially announced the shortlist for the 2018 DataCenterDynamics Global awards.
We are delighted to see that the team that worked as part of the recent global IT Transformation project for Willis Towers Watson has been recognised in the Data Centre Operations Team of the Year category.
Having worked with WTW as their technology partner for the last 10 years, supporting their critical environment estate across EMEA, this team was made up of both Keysource and WTW employees. Most recently the team have been working to consolidate their data centre estate into two new UK hubs.
This shortlist follows an already great showing for Keysource in 2018, that saw them become finalists and win awards across CIBSE Building Excellence, Data Centre Solutions and Electrical Review so far.
The Awards are part of a unique global series that provides worldwide recognition to outstanding individuals, teams and projects. An independent panel of industry experts reviewed all the entries for the award with the winners being announced at a gala ceremony in December.
Jon Healy, managing executive at Keysource said:
“Its great to have the team shortlisted for this award. Over the last 10 years we’ve be working closely with Willis Towers Watson and have seen the business evolve and grow throughout this time. The DC operations team have been key in ensuring that there has been no interruption to their or their customers services, especially as they deliver complex upgrade and transformation projects.”
